About BAYCE

BAYCE is a men's base wear brand developing precision-engineered invisible base layers designed for comfort, fit, and everyday wear.

Pre-Launch Status

BAYCE is currently in pre-launch development. Products, pricing, discounts, product descriptions, colors, materials, features, availability, shipping timelines, and launch dates may change before the first official product drop.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, early access, a purchase opportunity, or a specific delivery date.

Early Access and Member Pricing

From time to time, we may offer early access windows, member pricing, or other waitlist benefits. These benefits are promotional, may be limited in quantity or duration, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and do not constitute a contract of sale, a reservation of inventory, or a guarantee of price or availability until an order is actually placed and confirmed.

Product Information

We aim to present product information as accurately as possible. However, because BAYCE is currently pre-launch, product details may be updated as samples, materials, manufacturing, testing, and supplier feedback are finalized.

Any product images, mockups, diagrams, or descriptions shown before launch are for preview and marketing purposes only and may not represent the final production product.

Discounts and Offers

Discount codes, early access offers, member pricing, and launch promotions may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and may be limited to one use per customer.

Communications

By joining the waitlist or submitting a form, you agree to receive emails from BAYCE as described in our Privacy Policy. If you separately provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive a limited number of marketing and launch-related texts from BAYCE. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the BAYCE name, brand assets, logos, images, product concepts, copy, designs, diagrams, and website content, is owned by or licensed to BAYCE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, create waitlist entries using false or automated means, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as Shopify, email and SMS marketing tools, analytics providers, payment processors, and other ecommerce tools. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAYCE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, waitlist, forms, product previews, or pre-launch information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the laws of your place of residence require otherwise.
